We came in 30 minutes before closing but you wouldn’t have known from the way the staff treated us! They were all super sweet especially Genesis who waited on us. Love that they don’t use seed oils and we were able to eat clean and healthy without even thinking about it! We will definitely be back!

The food was DELICIOUS!!! I had the Chinese Chicken salad and it was a perfect choice for a warm summer day. My server Joel was so nice and attentive and he made sure I didn't want for anything. I highly recommend this spot if you're ever in the Woodlands!

True Food Kitchen completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was bright, clean, and inviting. It has a modern, relaxing vibe that makes it perfect for everything from lunch with friends to a date night or family meal. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and it’s refreshing to find a restaurant where healthy food doesn’t sacrifice taste. Every dish was beautifully presented, and we left feeling satisfied without feeling overly full. The service was excellent as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. It’s clear the staff takes pride in creating a great dining experience. If you’re looking for a restaurant that serves fresh, wholesome food with amazing flavor, True Food Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies to go. We waited at an empty table. A little fly came by to hang out with us. The cookies finally came in a brown bag that was taped at the top, so I didn't rip it open to check my order. I mean, it was a simple order and they only have 1 type of cookie on the menu. When I got home I had one cookie that looked like a chocolate chip cookie and another cookie that didn't show any resemblance to a chocolate chip cookie. But I get that sometimes the chips are hidden inside. So I didn't think twice. Well, I can confirm that second was devoid of any chocolate chips. I took mini bites to see when I actually might encounter an actual chocolate chip. But I got nothing. I double checked my receipt and it says chocolate chip cookie and chocolate chip cookie, each @ $2.95. I double checked the menu thinking maybe they gave me another type of cookie but the menu only lists chocolate chip for cookies. So how on earth does a chocolate chip cookie have zero chocolate chips? I think that takes some serious skill to make one without a single chip in it. And I actually might not complain if it was still an awesome cookie nonetheless, but it was a far

I had a wonderful experience here! The ingredients taste incredibly fresh, healthy, and truly organic—you can really tell they care about quality. The staff was very attentive and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect, which made us feel really welcomed. My friend ordered the wild-caught shrimp rice bowl, which turned out a bit spicy, but the staff handled it so kindly and quickly brought extra rice to balance the heat. That level of service really stood out. And the ginger lemon juice… absolutely amazing and refreshing! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, wholesome food and great service.
